Warranty Policy

In the event a warranty issue arises with a purchase you have made with Happy's Source for Sports, we will make every effort to solve the issue within the manufacturer's warranty policies. Bring the product into our store, and we will repair, replace or inform you of how to handle the warranty. Please see below for each company's policies and procedures.

General Warranty Policies

All warranties are subject to the Manufacturer Warranty Policy.
All warranties begin on the original purchase date.
All warranties are subject to the manufacturer's warranty time table.
All warranties are subject to the manufacturer's discretion and decision.

Hockey

Composite Hockey Sticks & Shafts

All composite hockey sticks and shafts come with a 30-day warranty period from the date of purchase.* As an elite dealer, we have been authorized to evaluate and approve broken sticks in-store within the 30-day warranty period (subject to manufacturer warranty policy).

Sticks and shafts are only covered under warranty for a one-time replacement.
Due to the physical nature of hockey, sticks with cosmetic damage (e.g., paint chipping, scratches, nicks, and dents) are not considered broken and will not be covered under warranty.
Pro Return Sticks do not come with a warranty.

Bats must be registered to be eligible for warranty.

Warranty/Refund/Exchange Terms & Conditions

Customized bats, including any wood, may not be returned or exchanged.
All Marucci aluminum and composite bats must be registered at WARRANTY.MARUCCISPORTS.COM.

Proper Bat Care Guidelines

Marucci bats are high-performance products. To extend their lifespan:

Use only with leather-covered baseballs or softballs.
Avoid use in temperatures below 60°F (15°C).
Keep bats for personal use only and avoid throwing or hitting against hard surfaces.
